AKA Level 2 Snowkite Guide Certification:

    This is it folks! Have you ever wanted the skills to kite across open glaciers? Snowkite traverse a major mountain range? Summit backcountry peaks? Session natural terrain as if you, the mountains, and the wind are all connected in harmony? This is the course that can, and will, teach you these skills. This certification is divided into several disciplines allowing each individual skills set to be focussed upon individually, and each niche to be mastered completely. Expedition Snowkiting, Freestyle Snowkiting, and Backcountry Snowkiting. There are so many skills that are vital to having safe experiences in the outdoors, so be prepared to learn in depth skills designed to increase awareness of the potential dangers and risks inherent in snowkiting in Alaska. We want you to learn soft, and hard skills, and have reason and purpose behind them. You will be learning for some disciplines the fine art of avalanche avoidance and awareness, crevasse rescue techniques, self rescue in the mountains, advanced jumping and gliding techniques, and depending on which discipline your focussing on, much, much more.
